Milk thistle is a liver protective herb and may assist in digestive wellbeing. Phosphatidyl choline is a phospholipid with a choline head group. Phosphatidyl choline may help to support liver function and general wellbeing. Taraxacum mongolicum, commonly known as dandelion, is an edible flowering plant with a history of use as a traditional medicine. This herb has been reported to be used for multiple purposes including the increase of bile flow and to assist in digestive disturbance relief. Cynara scolymus, commonly known as artichoke, is a type of thistle cultivated as an edible food. Artichoke may assist in digestive disturbance relief. Curcuma longa, commonly known as Turmeric, is a flowering plant in the ginger family. Turmeric rhizomes are commonly used as a spice in cooking.
